Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods, such as the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to.After the initial 30 days you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair.If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods. To meet the cancellation deadline it is important that you exercise your right before the deadline has expired. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to use at your cost within 14 days. Motoebikes ltd reserves the right to make a refund less any costs relating to loss in value as a result of damage, mishandling or other devaluation through use of the goods.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. If you wish to exchange a product, please indicate this in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.Cancellation orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.In StoreContracts relating to all Motoebike’s in store purchases at our shop are final.
Deposits are transferable into store credit, but are not refundable.
