Motoebikes Ltd Warranty Terms and Conditions

Goods sold are not refundable if used. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and must be returned in exactly the same packaging, unopened and unused. Refunds will be issued once Motoebikes Ltd has inspected the product and packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy at the footer of our website.

Warranties for Motoebikes Ltd Off Road bikes are 12 months beginning on the date of purchase of the product. The warranty components include: Hub Motor, Battery, Controller, Throttle and Battery Indicator Unit, Charger Unit, and all Wiring Components. Any products returned to Motoebikes Ltd for warranty claims must be packaged in the original packaging they arrived in. Motoebikes Ltd is not liable for damage to products in transport from the customer to Motoebikes Ltd. Repaired products will be warranted for the balance of the original period.

Exclusions:

Consumables such as fuses, brake pads, brake callipers, braking discs, tyres, tubes, brake cables, bearings, etc.
Any upgrades on the bike such as the motor and controller will take the bike out of warranty.
Defects associated with commercial use.
Defects or damages from accidents, improper use and storage, abnormal conditions, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorised modifications or repairs, or other acts which are not the fault of Motoebikes Ltd.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Terms and Conditions

This refers to items sold by Motoebikes Ltd that the manufacturers supply the warranty for. Although in many cases Motoebikes Ltd can help with the process, warranty issues and claims for these items will be serviced by the manufacturer, so no liability for warranty defects is with Motoebikes Ltd.

Disclaimer

Many of these products are extremely powerful and therefore can be very dangerous if ridden in a reckless or inappropriate manner. We strongly advise you to use the Off Road bikes on private land, where you have the landowner’s permission or designated private Motocross tracks. We also strongly advise riders to always wear a helmet and protective clothing. Although you are riding these bikes at your own risk, please always stay at safe speeds and don’t push them to their limits.
